Applesauce Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup honey
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
1 teasp soda
1/4 teasp salt
1/4 teasp cloves
1/2 teasp nutmeg
1 teasp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in honey, add egg. Stir in flour, soda, salt, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon alternately with 1 Cup applesauce. Add raisins and nuts.
Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 50 min
