Crunchy Baked Chicken

Ingredients: 
1/4 cup butter 1 lb Chiken 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp milk 1 cup dehydrated potatoe flakes 1/2 cup grated parmessean 1/2 teasp salt 1/8 teasp pepper
Directions: 
Melt butter and put in flat baking dish. Wash and dry chicken. Combine egg and milk. Mix potato flakes and cheese. Dip pieces in milk, then potatos. Place chicken skinside down in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered 30 min, turn and sprinkle again with salt, pepper, and left over potatos. Bake another 30 min.
