Five Hour Stew

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 lb Stew Meat 4 - 5 potatoes, cut into chunks 3 carrots, sliced 1" thick 1/2 onion, diced 4 stalks celery sliced 1" salt pepper 3 tbsp tapioca 1 1/2 cups V8, or tomato juice
Directions: 
Put in casserole. Sprinkle with salt, paper, and tapioca. Pour V8 over everything. Mix, cover, backe for 5 hours. Don't peek.
