Fruit Salad Cream

Ingredients: 
Skin tomatoes and chop roughly. Peel and chop onions. Peel, core and chop apples. Combine all ingredients in a large pan and stir over low heat until thick. Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
Directions: 
Drain fruit salad. Combine with halved cherries, sugar, and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream Sprikle half the toasted coconut or macaroon crumbs on base of large refridgerator tray or 8" springform pan. Carefully spoon over the cream mixture; top with remaining coconut or crumbs. Freeze for several hours until firm.
