Lasagne
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tbsp Parmesean
salt
pepper
nutmeg
1 lb Ricotta
1/2 lb grated Mozzerella
1 lb 14 oz Can tomato
Onion
Olive oil
One can tomato paste
garlic
parsely
basil
Directions:
Sauce: Brown onion in olive oil. Add garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, tomatoes, add tomato paste.
Brown ground beef and add to sauce. Simmer 30 min.
Cheese: Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, eggs, parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
In greased pan, layer sauce, noodles, cheese, repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
