Lemon Cheesecake
Ingredients:
250 g Phillie cream cheese
1/2 tin condensed milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
plus grated peel if wanted)
2 teasp vinegar
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 1/2 pkt Nice biscuits, or variety prefered.
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and condensed milk, lemon juice and vinegar until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crumb crust and refrigerate over night.
Crust: crush biscuits, add melted butter (and spice of choice if preferred) and press into a springform pan.
