Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
3 cups bechamel sauce
1 lb mostaccioli
4 oz grated parmesan cheese
3/4 lb grated Fontina cheese
Salt and Pepper
1 cup buttered breadcrumbs
Directions:
Make the sauce.
Boil the pasta until al dente
combine grated cheeses and set aside
butter/grease a 2.5/3 qt baking dish
drain the pasta
put 1/3 of pasta in dish
cover w/ 1/3 of the cheese
pour 1/3 of the sauce
grate on black pepper
make two more layers in this way
sprinkle w/ buttered bread crumbs
bake at 350 for 15-20 mins, until brown and bubbly
