Multi Grain Pancakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup quick cooking oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 teasp baking powder
1/2 teasp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lrg egg
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, stir well. Combine wet ingredients, stir well. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Spoon about 1/4 Cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Turn over pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
