Pancakes
Ingredients:
Eggs
butter
for each egg:
3 tbsp spoons flour
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
TWO EGGS WILL MAKE FOUR LARGE PANCAKES
Beat the eggs well in a basin, add the sifted flour (and a little salt if desired).
Beat again until smooth, then add the milk. Beat again
Heat a large frying pan, then grease with a little butter.
Pour in about 1/2 cup of the batter.
Cook until pale brown underneath (about 4 or 5 minutes), then flip over. The other side will only take about 1 minute to cook
