Spanakopita

Ingredients: 
1/3 c olive oil small bunch scallions 3 lbs washed spinach parsley dill or nutmeg ½ lb crumbled feta cheese 3 to 4 eggs, beaten bread crumbs 12 sheets phyllo
Directions: 
Saute onions in oil. Add spinach and herbs. Cook 10 minutes and cool. Stir in feta and eggs. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Line pan with 6 sheets of phyllo, brushing butter between sheets. Place spinach on phyllo. Cover with 6 more sheets of phyllo, again brushing with butter between layers. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
