Terri's Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
4 Eggs separated (2oz each)
4 oz butter
4 oz dark chocolate
4 oz walnut, almond or hazlenut meal.
Directions:
Beat yolks and sugar to "ribbon"
Add melted chocolate (do not overheat)
Add nuts and butter
Lastly add beaten egg whites.
Grease and flour tin (Glad Bake is great)
Cook 200C 3/4 hour
Cake is moist.
