Turkey Tetrazini
Ingredients:
8 oz cooked spaghetti
2 cups cooked turkey
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated cheddar
1/2 teasp worcestershire
1/2 teasp salt and pepper
Directions:
Bring sauce to a boil. Mix half of sauce, turkey, spaghetti together in a
casserole dish. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 1/2
cup parmesan and a little paprika (optional). Bake about 1/2 hour at 350 or
until heated through.
This makes a large batch but you can cut it in half.
